AICSS Club Competitions 2024

Only dogs registered to members may participate

 

AICSS Green Star Dog of the Year competition AND Green Star Bitch of the Year competition for the dog and bitch winning the most Green Stars 

 

• 2024 Dog of the Year competition (begins at IKC Celtic Winners 16 March 2024) ends with wins at Dublin Dog Show - the last champ show of 2024)

All members should keep a record of their own dogs' wins, to be submitted at the end of the year. If you don’t submit your own points your dog might not be in the competition. NOTE: If there is a tie for Dog of the Year or Bitch of the Year, the number of Best of Breed awards will determine the winner, so please include BOB awards when submitting wins

 

AICSS Pup/Junior of the Year competition for the pup/junior (6 months to 18 months) winning the most points (including MINOR PUPPY, PUPPY and JUNIOR classes)

 

• 2024 Puppy/Junior of the Year competition (begins at IKC Celtic Winners and ends with wins at Dublin Dog Show December 2024)

• Points calculated as follows:- Champ Shows: 1st place = 4 points, 2nd = 3 points, 3rd = 2 points, 4th = 1 point.  One Bonus point for Green Star.

• AICSS Champ Show AND AICSS Open Shows: 1st place = 6 points, 2nd = 5 points, 3rd = 4 points, 4th = 3 points.  One Bonus point for Green Star, Two Bonus Points for Best Pup in Show
